Bagged the biggest order for LG Hi-wall mounted Splits from INFOSYS TECHNOLOGIES in 2003 – 1200 Nos 3 TR Plasma Multi-Split ACs & 100 Nos 1.5 TR Plasma Splits, valued at around Rs.6 Crores ( US $1.33 million ).

Got an entry into Salarpuria Properties, one of the largest builders in Karnataka, through the first big order for Cassette Type ACs valued at Rs.40 Lacs and there on consolidated to do a business of over Rs.15 Crores ( US $ 3 million ) in a span of 4 years with this account.

Awarded the Best Dealer – Corporate Sales 2004 & Best Service Dealer 2004 for LG Room Airconditioners.

PSSPL became the No.1 Dealer for LG CAC Range of Airconditioners in the year 2005 and held on to the same in 2006, 2007 & 2008.

We also have the distinction of selling the Highest Number of LG Cassettes & Floor Mounted Package Units in Karnataka.

Ventured into Chiller Business in February 2005 & booked the first order with M/s. IDEB Constructions to to carryout the Airconditioning works at Gama & Delta Blocks of Sigma SoftTech Park, Whitefield consisting of 22 floors & completed the same by September - 2006, totaling to a value in excess of Rs. 3.5 Crores.

Booked TCS order for Phase-I through Salarpuria Properties at G.R. Tech Park in March 2005, Total Area – 120000 Sft, 600 TR & completed the lowside works in a record time of 45 Days.

Bagged our biggest single order for Chiller till date – JP Morgan Chase Bank at Prestige Tech Park – 3 Nos 300 TR Aircooled Screw Chillers.
